Peel Simply Skin is a small boutique studio & space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Late
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be done via the online scheduling site, through your confirmation email/text links or by email info@peelsimplyskin.com.

The time slot is held especially for you, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the service booked, charged on your credit card. If we are unable to charge the card or if we receive a charge back from your bank, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments at Peel Simply Skin. We are sorry, no exceptions.

Rescheduling

With proper notice given of 24 hours, you will not be charged the fee however, if under the 24 hours notice the fee will still apply even if you are to reschedule the original service for another time.

 

The fee is to cover the Estheticians time that was held for you. In the event that we are able to fill that spot with another client we will not charge you but that is on a case by case basis only as we are not always able to fill vacant opening with short notice.

We value our teams time and efforts, they are paid accordingly for all time spent at Peel Simply Skin. We stand by a California livable wage and follow all ethical employment law standards.   

 

No Call or No Show 100% of the service booked will be charged on your credit card. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you.

*Please note that all appointments need to be made online. A credit card is required to hold the appointment but you will be charged for your service upon checkout*
